Maiwand Kick-boxing (in Afg Moshth wa Laghath) is a group of stand-up combat arts based on kicking and punching. It is a practical way of learning how to defend yourself in real life situations.
Historically Maiwand Kicking and footwork style developed from Taekwondo.The boxing or pouching style developed from Western Boxing.
Our kick-boxing classes are designed to teach basic and advance level kick-boxing skills, coordination skills, and life skills.
It is practiced as a contact sport consisting of technical executions and semi contact or ‘light continuous’ sparring for the purpose of scoring points

Childrens Kickboxing Classes

Classes for children from 5 to 11 years old. Each class lasts up to 60 min. The classes start with a proper curriculum where everyone can progress to a Black Belt.

We will help your children to improve their focus and attentiveness, their physical and mental agility, and their confidence — along with promoting their physical fitness. We will also teach them important life skills, including Stranger Awareness and Road Safety, enabling them to be more secure in their surroundings.

Adult Kickboxing Classes

Classes last one hour and begin with a full body stretch routine. Once properly warmed up, students learn basic punches and kicks and combinations. Attack and defense techniques are then practiced with a partner. This is followed by shadow kickboxing and exercises.

You will progress through the different grades gaining knowledge and experience of different techniques (combinations, face techniques, front kick, pre-arranged sparring, form fighting, bag work).
