Responsibilities -Directs and coordinates the external activities of the association. Represents the association on external bodies and chair meetings of the association as well as the committee. Acts as head of the team for National International events and tournament director of MMA National Championships. Initial arbitrator for any internal issues or disputes – convenes disciplinary boards if and when required.

- MAIWAND Seminars and Training Boards – Grandmaster Mirwais Hazrat (6th Dan)
- Responsibilities – Organising and Running of Instructors Training, Seminars and workshops, Ensure that all Instructor Courses are run as and when required to enable all association instructors to meet the requirements of Maiwand Martial Arts GB

- Examination and Promotions – Grandmaster Tawab Sultani (3rd Degree)
- Responsibilities – Standardise techniques, including Forms Difa. Organise and chair technical committee and lead MMA seminars. Provide and maintain Color belt and Dan grade syllabus. Organise all color belt Gradings and act as member of examination grading panel (Maiwand 5th Dan holder ) Maintain own technical standards and knowledge.

- Responsibilities – Convene tournament committee. Ensure that the MMA National and Intrenational Championships and any other competition agreed by committee are adequately prepared. Coordinate the running of the tournament on the day.

- Welfare Officer – Mehbob Bora
- Responsibilities – MMA club welfare officer is a person with supreme responsibility for control and reporting concerns about children. MMA all academy follows strict guidelines and policies implemented by the MMA federation. As part of the Safeguarding children and adults at risk guidelines, MMA all academy provides full access to a Club Welfare Officer: Mehbob Bura, who is responsible for all club welfare issues.
