Maiwand Kick-boxing
(in Afg Moshth wa Laghath) is a group of stand-up combat arts based on kicking and punching. It is a practical way of learning how to defend yourself in real life situations. Historically Maiwand Kicking and footwork style developed from WTF Taekwondo and boxing or pouching style developed from western boxing

3 SELF-DEFENCE

Maiwand Difa-e- Shakhsi
is an effective and dynamic street self-defense system. Our self-defense program teaches practical personal safety and effective tools against real-life situations, and it covers all aspects of self-defense techniques. The features range from ground to upright fighting, grappling, counter-attack, joint lock, throw, and dynamic striking from all angles. Our own MMA syllabus and grading system follows the system. Which is designed by founders.

2 WEAPONS

The MMA Style teaches a wide range of different types of weapons from both traditional and demonstration styles weapons forms, They can be used to perform at shows, events and competitions. Our traditional weapons are also suitable for all ages and for both men and women.
